3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any content or data you provide to us
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Pay for services as agreed in your service agreement

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain ownership of:

• Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Pre-existing materials and generic components
• Any improvements to our systems developed during your project

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Recurring services are billed as specified in your agreement

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geeksofai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
